Consumers use AI for routine activities more than for health purposes, the survey found. Writing emails (19%), researching general topics of interest (18%), and managing to-do lists are the top AI use cases tracked in the study.
Digging deeper: Many consumers are interested in or think they will use AI for health reasons even if they aren’t adopting the tech just yet.
