The news: Crypto exchange Gemini launched an XRP edition of the Gemini credit card in collaboration with Ripple, per a press release. Cardholders will receive XRP as a reward for everyday spend.

WebBank will issue the Mastercard World Elite card. 

Diving into rewards: With no annual fee, the XRP card offers rewards in key everyday categories.

• Gas, EV charging, and rideshare: 4% back
• Dining: 3% back
• Groceries: 2% back
• Other: 1% back
• Select merchants: 10% back on up to $250 in monthly spend

Gemini also charges no fees on foreign transactions. Cardholders can also choose to earn rewards back in Bitcoin, Ether, or 50 other cryptocurrencies listed on Gemini.

Ripple’s RLUSD is now also available on Gemini, which lets XRP cardholders more easily use their rewards for active trading.
