The news: Luxury ecommerce retailer Mytheresa’s strategy of targeting high rollers helped it avoid the worst of the global luxury slowdown.

  • Net sales rose 7.6% YoY to €201.7 million ($218.3 million) for the quarter ended September 30.
  • US gross merchandise volume (GMV) grew 13.6% YoY, a stark contrast to LVMH’s stagnation during the same quarter.
