The news: Target’s private-label bedding brand, Pillowfort, is launching collections featuring Disney and Marvel characters, adding a fresh twist to its affordable home offerings.

• The collections feature about 50 items, including character-inspired hooded blankets, figural dolls and pillows, sheet sets, and quilts, with most items under $30.
• The full assortment is on sale at Target.com and will be available in stores beginning in late April.
