However, even in tough conditions, consumers continue to splurge on vibrant, indulgent beverages loaded with bold flavors, bright colors, and plenty of sugar and caffeine. Taco Bell is leaning into that demand by scaling its Live Más Café concept to 30 locations by the end of the year. Those restaurants use high-margin drinks to drive traffic and boost ticket sizes even as inflation-weary diners pull back elsewhere.
